As an official HYROX gym partner with fully qualified HYROX coaches, we focus on teaching you all the key movements—like ski, row, sled push/pull, wall balls, and more—so you feel confident and comfortable in a class. Over four weeks, you’ll also build your base fitness, laying the foundation for long-term progress.

This is a fantastic opportunity to prepare for our HYROX simulation events or even work toward competing in a full HYROX competition. Designed for all fitness levels, our supportive and motivating environment ensures you’ll feel right at home as you work toward your goals.

MEET KATHERINE GAUKROGER ✨

Coming from a professional dance background, fitness has always been a driving force in my life. Transitioning from the dance world into coaching 4 years ago opened up a whole new journey for me. I started HYROX 2 years ago, and since then I’ve completed in doubles, solos, and relays in over 10 different races.

I love the self-development that comes from training for these races, and that’s exactly why I decided to become a Hyrox coach so I can help you develop your own race skills. I now have the pleasure of coaching people through their first, second, third… maybe even their 10th Hyrox race.

Stepping into the Hyrox Coach role at HITIO is a privilege, and I’m excited to see you all in sessions, working towards your next race and building your strength and conditioning! ”

ASHLEY BIRCHALL ✨

Ashley became a Level 3 personal trainer in 2021 and is certified TRX coach. Over the past 5 years Ashley has helped people achieve body goals from weight loss to muscle growth. He is a Hyrox coach and has competed, and trained others, in a number of events such as triathlons, Ironman and cycling races.

In 2024 Ashley found out he had lymphoma, stage 3 cancer, where he went on to have 5 months of intensive chemotherapy treatment. Although Ashley has always had a passion to help motivate people to achieve their goals, this time in his life has helped him gain a new perspective on how we can build up our bodies to the strongest they can be.

After spending the last 20 years as a performer on stage and film, Ashley has gained a vast knowledge of how we move our bodies and what it takes to build a foundation for sustainability. truly knowing the importance of maintaining a routine.
