A cross-training class is a fitness workout that incorporates a variety of exercises and activities to improve overall strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. Unlike traditional fitness routines that focus on a single discipline, cross-training classes combine elements from different workout styles such as strength training, cardio, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), cycling, yoga, and more. This approach helps prevent boredom, reduces the risk of overuse injuries, and challenges different muscle groups. We offer 30 min crosstraining and 60 min advanced crosstraining classes.
Cross-training is ideal for individuals looking to improve their fitness level, increase athletic performance, or simply switch up their workout routine for a more dynamic and engaging experience

This high-intensity, full-body workout is designed for those who are ready to go beyond the basics. Unlike our 30-minute normal crosstraining sessions, this class runs for a full hour, allowing for deeper focus on strength, endurance, and advanced conditioning techniques. It’s ideal for members looking to challenge themselves, improve performance, and achieve serious results.
